Compliance Consultant

Pertemps Medical is hiring a Compliance Consultant to join our growing team in Milton Keynes. If you have at least 1 years’ experience in healthcare recruitment, are highly organised and have a sharp eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

🔹 £25,000–£28,000 per annum, dependent on experience
🔹 Monthly performance-related bonus
🔹 Milton Keynes
🔹 Flexible working hours: 8am–5pm / 8:30am–5:30pm / 9am–6pm

You'll manage the end-to-end compliance process for Doctors, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals, ensuring candidates are fully cleared and ready to work. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals, Recruitment Consultants and clients to keep everything moving efficiently and accurately.

We're looking for someone who is:
✔️ Experienced in healthcare recruitment
✔️ Highly organised and detail-focused
✔️ Confident communicating with candidates and colleagues
✔️ Proactive and able to manage multiple deadlines
✔️ Keen to develop within healthcare compliance

No previous compliance experience? No problem. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
